BACS is taking part as an information partner in the X International Banking Forum 2026, to be held in Baku on 24 and 25 November 2026 under the theme “Reliable, Safe, and Sustainable Banking”, in strategic partnership with Mastercard.
The Forum is supported by the Azerbaijan Banks Association, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), the Council of Banks Associations of the Turkic States (CBATS), the banking associations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Türkiye, the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, among other partner organisations.
The IBF is the only specialised finance and banking event in Azerbaijan attended by the chief executives of all the country’s banks, and it also brings together regulatory authorities, fintech companies, international financial institutions, diplomatic missions and academia. One of its stated objectives is the development of regional and international financial cooperation, with particular attention to financial integration among the Turkic states and to direct cooperation between their banks and financial institutions. Alongside the main programme there will be meetups, seminars, webinars and competitions.
