Much of Dan’s work in recent years has involved assisting clients with achieving their energy transition goals.

Having been based in Singapore since 2010, Dan is a multi-panel arbitrator. He has conducted high-value arbitrations under, amongst others, SIAC, ICC, LCIA and AAA-ICDR Arbitration Rules, and ad hoc arbitrations seated in several jurisdictions.
